Just smoked my first Boston butt in my new pellet grill. Nothing special, no bells and whistles just getting the feel of the grill. Really enjoyed the process and it produced amazing pulled pork. Hell, my 7 year old tasted it straight from the fridge the next morning and asked if he could have it for breakfast. Ha!
Even made some pretzel buns from scratch to accompany the pork.
