    Amazing colours; looks like there’s a ton of added maillard in there during the reduction.

    I’m not normally a fan of the texture of shredded pot roast, but this seems like an amazing transformation.

    Oyster mushrooms (shredded) feels like they would be a perfect complement to these textures.

    Would love to see a little more green.

    I came across a recipe for beef stroganoff that used pot roast recently, and it’s better than any stroganoff I’ve ever made. It’s in the rotation for sure!
