Tea:
– 2 oranges – skinned + chopped
– 1 lemon – skinned π
– 2x 2inch turmeric root
– one ginger root π«
– 2 tbsp honey (from a local provider)
– cayenne pepper πΆοΈ
– cinnamon
– black pepper πΆοΈ
– pink salt
– some water π¦
