It has displayed this same crinkle-curl growth since it sprouted while all the other cultivars are fine. I know they can be different, but I’m now leaning on this being a viroid. I’m curious to hear your thoughts, thanks!

Oh, and I forgot to add that I’m using Promix & Jacks Classicote CRF. 16 hr photoperiod @ 70°F/70% RH.

I had this with the first Datil pepper I tried to grow. It kept leaf curl and dropped flowers. I ended up culling it after several months and never looked back. It’s pretty rare I end up with a diseased plant like that, but I don’t waste my time on them anymore if I do come across them. Much less disappointing to start over.

If it’s inside, it’s normal they’ll be fine

Just like humans, some plant offspring have absolutely fkd immune systems. 86 it.

Last year I had a few do this. Once they got outside in the sun they grew very well and the leaf curl disappeared. If you have the space I’d keep it.
