Rosella – NYE

Went to Rosella for NYE dinner last night. This was our third time there, and as with our previous experiences, they didn’t miss.

1. Ceviche Classic

2. Spicy Avocado Roll

3. Spicy Apples with Dill Labne

4. Spicy Tuna Roll – excellent fish

5. Fish Sausage Slider

6. Nigiri – from top right, clockwise – Bluefin Tuna (MA), Steelhead Trout (Hudson, NY), Shrimp (SC). All three were delicious, but the tuna really is a standout.

7. Nigiri – Pickled Mussels (ME)

8. Uni Toast on Sourdough – *unreal bite*

9. Cremeux – Dark Chocolate, Raspberry Sorbet

10. Coconut Milk Sorbet with Olive Oil

We sat at the sushi bar and the service/conversations with the staff were great. This place is truly a gem, would highly recommend. One of our favorites in our neighborhood.
