





It turns out that these balls would be much more tedious & time-consuming to make if you started with unpeeled mung beans 🙂
In total it took around a whole day’s of work (around 8-11 hours) but I’m very satisfied with the end result!! Very chewy and not too sweet! The sesames add a lovely crisp and I could eat like 10 in one sitting :DD
A bit sad considering how long it took to make compared to how fast I predict they’ll completely disappear m(_ _)m
