Pizza night! This week’s special had my three-cheese mix (mozzarella, provolone, and smoked Scamorza), grated Pecorino Romano, tomato sauce, a mix of shaved onions (red, sweet, and shallots), as well as sliced and crumbled bacon.

Looks awesome. It’s so worth learning to make pizza yourself, because it doesn’t really take that long to be able to make way better than you’d get from almost any restaurant and especially takeaway where they’re trying to make things as quickly as possible and will stick to their own style.
