Homemade buns are a huge step up in homemade burgers.
Looks great OP! I have a potato bun recipe that just knocks it out of this world – its soft like a Japanese milk bun, but strong enough that your burger doesn’t fall apart.
Since I figured this one out, its the only buns I make.
