  1. Albert: Delicious! I've made this very dish, only without the fresh basil (so you win)! Going to make
(again) soon.😋Thanks again, and have a great weekend! (Fan from San Francisco, California.) *!!~

  2. I have all the ingredients on hand except the zucchini. Still going to make it subbing mushrooms. Happy New Year!

  3. This recipe looks amazing and I love lentils. However, I am now in a very painful and difficult family situation which is so ugly and disgusting. My late father would be so sad and dissapointed, to see what is happening now in our family. Your recipe is still very good looking, and I appologise for bringing this family pain into this video.

  5. I don't think I've ever NOT saved your recipes to my recipes folder. Everything you make is so appetizing and super easy to make. This tops the list for simplicity and comfort. I might sprinkle some feta on top for a little luscious flourish…or not. I'd eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner…and maybe even a midnight snack. It's also a good reminder to always have carrots and celery in my fridge. Thank you for continuing to post so many great, simple, homey, and most of all, nutritious meal ideas. ❤

  6. Looks wonderful. I seem to remember having a version with 1 potato. I love how tomatoes are shredded in Spanish cooking. Your food prep is really great.
BTW as a Californian (for 73+ years) I like California olive oil. I’m sure Spanish olive oil is the very best also. TY.

  7. Made this today on a cold winter day. So good! I think I would do less red pepper next time. But im a wimp.

  8. I just LOVE one-pot meals! I got this AMAZING pan for my birthday! It's an accessory to my beloved briquette-fueled Cobb Cooker. Cobb calls it a 'frying dish' but it's a paella pan, frying pan, saucepan – the WORKS! There is NOTHING this pan cannot do! And after talking about it on YouTube comments, almost ALL the recipes that pop up on my feed are meals suitable for a pan of this type! I am NOT complaining.

  9. I made this yesterday. I added a few things I had in my refrigerator, mostly to use them up: some baby portabello mushrooms and mini sweet peppers. It was very good and, as usual, even better today. The next time I think I'll boil the carrots ahead of time as they stayed a bit too crunchy in this iteration. I used an enameled cast iron Dutch oven I bought this Fall at a very good price from a grocery whose name starts with "A"; it has been perfect for making a number of your delicious recipes!
