Looks good! I like to add cubes of cheddar to mine. Smoked meatloaf is underrated IMO.

I use peach juice and peach flavored Crown Royal to add to my glaze. And stuff it with pepper jack cheese. At gatherings it’s the first thing that my family asks for.
