This is the ultimate breakfast mashup, my childhood fav, toad in the hole, meets the NYC bodega classic Bacon Egg n Cheese. Now first things first, it’s called toad in the hole. I’m willing to fight you on this one. I know you call it sunshine eggs, or egg in a hole or egg in a nest, but to me, it’s a toad in the hole.

I didn’t think an upgrade was possible but this is it, if you love a simple breakfast idea, then you need to try this one. Now, I want to hear from you, if you DON’T call it toad in the hole, then what is it called. Comment below
