Whole wings aren’t bad at home , but if i’m out in a bar drinking beer and having wings , I don’t want to have to get my hands completely disgusting, ripping apart the pieces. I usually ask, and the chef will cut them.

Love gnawing on a wing tip. But I normally remove them and put them in my stock bones bag in the freezer for the next time I want to make soup.
