I’m a couple weeks late with the post but here is my annual consumption for the year of our lord 2025. I am down from the last 2 years in numbers (53 in 2023, 40 in 2024). My shits were less violent though.

God damn lol. That’s a crazy amount of hot sauce. Takes me like 2 months to go through one of those bottles.
Thats impressive! I have a bottle of Satan’s Blood capsaicin food additive that me and my brother in law use for christmas chili. The bottle is 9 years old and we use it every year. I dont think we’ve put a noticeable dent in it yet. I pickle my own jalapeños and also like hot sauce, habanero pickles, and whole pepperchinis. I’ve maybe Ed 4 bottles in 2025
