


Roughly 1500 calories according to my app.
Breakfast – 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of sourdough with 50g of cottage cheese, and some spinach
Dinner/snack – 150g of 0% fat Greek yogurt with some frozen fruit
Tea – 250g 5% beef mince (with a Korean bbq cooking sauce), veg (peas, cabbage, broccoli), and rice
Other snacks not pictured including a kiwi and some carrots.
I have pretty much the same thing most days, with mince swapped out for another protein (sea bass, chicken breast, tuna, salmon etc.), and rice substituted for sweet potato. Sometimes I’ll have porridge instead of eggs, but rarely.
Would appreciate any feedback/suggestions on some variations.
