Made pecan chocolate Levain-style cookies using De La Serna’s YouTube recipe. Original recipe uses walnut but I put pecan just because I had only pecan.
The sweetness is just right — rich but not overly sweet.
My son already ate one straight off the rack, so I guess that’s the real review 😂
Would definitely make these again.
