Love your channel! Please be aware that HexClad is NOT non-toxic as they advertise! It has PTFEs, and they recently had to settle a class action lawsuit for false non-toxic claims. I threw mine out as soon as I found out.
How does nothing stick to that pan? I have one and I never use it because everything fucking sticks. And yes, I use butter and olive oil and everything still sticks. My cast iron…never an issue
