First picture is after the first fry for about 10 minutes, then I refried for about 3 minutes after letting them sit. Coated in a pretty simply made buffalo sauce.

    Try half GF flour, half cornstarch. Dip in some frothed egg whites before dredging.

    Add whatever spices/herbs you like or sauce accordingly.

  2. Well done, you can get great GF wings without any coating at all tho. My wife is GF and I love wings so I always do gluten free and dry brine or pickle prine and dab this suckers to death with paper towels and twice frying at different temperatures is my go to. No need to coat with anything if you’re ready for a little different cooking method!
