If you zoom in or look close you can catch a glimpse of the preserved lemon in the corner of the can. It was soft, delightful, and mild (rind and all). The olive oil was infused with a touch of lemon flavor.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with these. I picked them up in Astoria, OR at the co-op. They were close to $10, but I used $5 worth of ‘clam bucks’ to make it more reasonable

Solid ‘deens. If I got these again I’d try incorporating them into our clam pasta with lemon, Parmesan, and parsley. The infused olive oil might be nice there. Enjoyed these straight from the can – as usual.

I have a can of these sitting in the kitchen I’ve been meaning to eat. I appreciate the post!

I love the lemon flavor in these. Last Summer I bought some on sale and they were a staple in my paddleboard dry bag with some crackers.

The rind is actually what is intended to be consumed when you preserve lemon, fun fact!

I think they’re about $6 on Misfits also. I had their “chili infusted” and they were great. Not hot at all, but with a GREAT chili flavor.
