

I like dipping raw tofu into curry, so I made a curry dipping sauce to always have it in my fridge.
All the spices are written for 1 can of coconut milk. Feel free to adjust the recipe for your taste.
Ingredients:
A can of coconut milk
1-2 tablespoons of curry powder
1-2 teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoons of black pepper powder
1 teaspoon of MSG
½ of any hot pepper you like (I use Naga peppers)
2-3 cloves of garlic
Instructions:
Grade your garlic on a cheese grader. Put the coconut milk into a pot, heat it up, and add all the spices and garlic. Mix it until homogenous.
