Just a recent “volume” food for me. Jelly beans! The starburst jelly beans are 100 cal / oz. (Pictured about 1.3 oz) and as long as I am limiting myself to one in my mouth at a time, it lasts quite a while.
Yeah its actually just candy, but sometimes you need / want actually candy.
