Mix:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1.5 cups of buttermilk powder

Preheat your oven to 325

Spread the batter evenly on parchment paper into 8 pancakes and cook for 6 minutes, flip and cook for 2 more minutes!

  1. I don't understand why you're not warning people about all the carbs that are in buttermilk powder. I made your biscuits and figured that out on fitness pal that there was 17 carbs in each biscuit. I made six from the recipe. That's way too much for those of us who are carnivore. Maybe on maintenance but why not say so. I ran to the kitchen and made these on your say-so and then was really upset to find out about the carb count.

  2. They look delicious. I calculated 1500 calories/75g fat & 130 carbs. I'm sure all 6 were eaten, who can eat one. Keto/Carnivore mock junk food recipes of cakes, cookies, desserts, etc keep people in their food addiction.

  3. Buttermilk powder 1 tablespoon is 4 grams carbs. It may be carnivore but it is not low carb or zero carbs.

  4. This may be carnivore, but it is no where near keto. There are 4 grams of sugar in just 8g per table spoon. That means 50 grams of sugar per 100g & you used 1.5 cups. My brains would be trying to vacate the premises if I ate that much sugar. In a reply to another comment you said "Or don't worry about the animal carbs", except that's not how carbs work on a ketogenic protocol where sugar really matters. Your recipe blows a weeks limit on one go, aside from knocking us out of ketosis.

  5. Tip: Use alittle white vinegar or apple cider vinegar in your cream. Let sit for a few minutes to qaugulate. Then mix all your batter together. It will give that tangy buttermilk taste. No added carbs.

  7. Anything that comes from a cow or a chicken or other meat is considered carnivore. People are responsible for knowing their own triggers. I can eat this kind of food and not be triggered by it bc I stop when I’m full. We appreciate your hard work, and keep those recipes coming.
