Grabbed a tenderloin steak from my dad and made a quick dinner. Ribeye is my favorite normally but this prime one was very good have to say.
Salt brined 2 hours and then cooked over a very hot grill. Served simply with garlic mashed potatoes.

That is absolutely perfect.
I have days where I can pull this off, and life is a lot better that hour.
Sometimes all you need is salt, fire, and good meat.
