OK – best smoked salmon I ever had. The Fly By Jing Chili Crisp is amazing and the perfect compliment to the fish.

I ate the whole tin with a fork and nothing else. I really enjoyed it but wished it was a touch spicier. Very enjoyable.

Wait they use Fly By Jing chilli Crisp? The other day I bought a jar of Fly BY Jing Original at Target, costing me $12! Expensive stuff.
