Kale sautéed with a lil avocado oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and a little everything bagel on top. Chickpeas are roasted until crispy to your liking with paprika, tumeric, and salt. Tofu scramble with tumeric, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, pepper, a tiny bit of djon mustard. Topped with red onions & sun dried tomatoes! My drink is loose leaf green tea 🍃

    Ooo this looks so good!

    I always have a jar of pickled red onion in my fridge, but can also highly recommend a daikon radish kimchi too – it gives a little spice and crunch. Great on an avocado toast. I use [Maangchi’s kkakdugi recipe](https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/kkakdugi) sans fish sauce.

    You could also try a chili onion crisp! I think they’re commonly sold in regular grocery stores now, but you can also easily make your own and adjust the spice/garlic/sweetness/saltiness.
