  1. Your recipes always look so delicious, but I don't understand why you don't put the amount of ingredients. You just mention the ingredients & with baking especially it's so easy to mess it up. Baking is a science & I don't want to put all that effort in a whole recipe for it to be a disaster bcz I didn't get the amounts right. Other youtube channels put the amounts, which is wonderful.
