I don’t think instacart user base correlates. Using Instacart purchase data alone is methodologically flawed. Not even close to accurate data. Instacart users are a niche groups themselves this fails any triangulation research and eliminates the majority of the population.

Illinois is very regional and cuisine dependent. Cholula is everywhere in Chicago but if I’m at a fried chicken place(that doesn’t have their own mild sauce) will have Louisiana Hot Sauce.
