Estimating about 42 calories per salmon roll piece (just salmon and rice), 60 calories per salmon nigiri, and 45 per shrimp kau dim sum based on previous posts in this group. 3-4 baby shrimps in the dim sum and that’s it, no extra ingredients. Dim sum next to sushi for size. Thanks!
