I wasn’t really a 7o8 guy personally but love Marie Sharp’s. My favorite if you’re ordering off of Heat’s website: La Pimenterie’s Antipode duo set. There’s a warming and a cooling both of which are super versatile. I find the cooling is excellent on eggs/breakfast and the warming is amazing on pizza + rice bowls.

That Cheeba Gold (has Scotch Bonnet peppers) is exceptionally delicious, especially on pulled pork or Pibil. Not super hot but just incredibly tasty.
