My house smells INCREDIBLE. Double chocolate espresso!

* 100g espresso (hot, I used a double shot nespresso pod)

* 50g cocoa powder

* 500g bread flour

* 350g water

* 100g active starter

* 10g salt

* 30g brown sugar

* 5g vanilla

* 130g chocolate chips

I used dark chocolate chips for this loaf but next time I think I’ll use milk chocolate as I would prefer a sweeter bread. Nothing a bit of condensed milk drizzle can’t fix!
