Is there a shortage of pigs blood???. Starting to see these skinny black wafers everywhere…its not damn gold!!..and to add its ruined cooking so skinny. Should be able to spread it like pate over the toast triangle,some egg(as you like) bacon,brown Betty then the other triangle. Compress and go.

Those sausages look of exactly poor enough quality to taste just right, especially if hungover. Black pudding looks like they sliced it with a mandolin though – needs to be thick enough that it can be cooked crispy on both sides and still soft/squidgy in the middle.

Bacon looks a touch sad as does the sausage but to make things worse, tinned tomatoes ready to make everything soggy!

7/10. Bacon needs to be slightly crispier, brown sauce needs to be HP. Bread needs to be toasted. Throw a couple of tattie scones in there too. Then you got a 10/10
