I’ve been following this subreddit for awhile as I love cooking in general and the tips here are always helpful and informative. Started trying out baking my own bread around Thanksgiving. I made a brioche loaf around Christmas for French toast. It was slightly underbaked. My husband asked for brioche burger buns. Made sure to hit the top of the recommended internal temp range I found online. They turned out fairly well!
