Do i need to replant my biggest tomato plant or i need a few wait?
My previous seedling with hmm a few smaller size than my biggest tomato plant in the pot died when i replanted it ;( do i need to replant this plant now or wait a few for bigger root system?

You need a better light. That’s why he’s all skinny and leggy like that. If you get one asap, you could salvage him by transplanting him. If you decide to do that, I’d turn him on his side and bury him deep with soil line just below the top set of leaves.
