Cut some branches of to overwinter some of my scotch Bonnets. I decided try propagating the cuttings. So far it's shot leaves and blossoms but No Roots. Should I have used some rooting hormone, or will some more time do the trick?

I’ve never successfully prop’d peppers without a rooting hormone and placing the cuts in a 50/50 ratio of perlite and coco. Even then I have about a 30% failure rate.
