    I just wanted to say how much I love reading these every day! I’m not even part of this sub, it just popped up because I like food. I hope you keep doing it all year! I’m really curious to see how the dishes change throughout the year based on what’s in season. Hopefully there are more veggies in the summer!

    I love how they use the leftovers and extras from the day before.

    I prefer to use my cold roast mutton leftovers to make an MLT, where the mutton is nice and lean and the tomato is ripe.
