2lbs ground chicken

4 eggs

1.5 cups grated/shredded Parmesan

Salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes. To taste. About a tblsp of each.

This is the “crust”. Mix and spread on a baking sheet. About a half inch thick. Bake at 400°. I went 15 min, then flipped it and went another 15 min.

RAO pizza sauce

Mozzarella cheese about two cups

Pepperoni

Went back in the oven for 13 min

Taste was perfect. Crust was not crispy, but it was delicious.

Would you recommend cooking the base for longer or would that ruin the “crust” for the pizza overall?
