Had some leftover BBQ (pork and a little brisket) and made a Cubano filler with some air fryer Swiss as the bread. Thrilled with result.

    Ingredients
    • 100g shredded pork shoulder
    • 50g shredded brisket
    • 3 slices Swiss cheese
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1.5 tbsp yellow mustard
    • 2 dill pickle spears, chopped

    Recipe:

    Swiss cheese onto parchment paper at 350 for about 10 minutes or until it hits desired crispiness

    Mixed pork, brisket, mayo, and seared in pan.

    Let Swiss cheese wrap cool

    Get pork a little crispy and let cool slightly – then add pickles and mustard

    Assemble sandwich – i moved everything onto paper towels since cheese was super greasy.
