Have you tried making this with bone in, skin on chicken? Brown it on the skin side first until it’s really well browned, then briefly on the other side. Gives it huge chicken flavor.

This looks great, I hope you enjoyed it! It looks like this recipe didn’t call for them, but I highly recommend throwing in grape tomatoes. They go great with the flavor, add some color, and add a little extra nutrition to the meal 😊
