
I’ve been drinking a ton of chablis over the past year and this is at the top of the list. Highly recommend.
Light color, fairly light body.
On the aftertaste, there’s some sweetness. But not sugar. More like honey.
Green apple. Mineral.
Refreshing. I could drink 3 bottles if you gave them to me.
A good bottle to show people who “hate Chardonnay”. A perfect example of how the grape should be treated.

Spectacular producer! Virginie is such a meticulous farmer and that is a surgical fermentation room, those wines are insane!

the 2003 is f’n amazing – I had it by the glass at Sushi Yoshinaga **star Michelin in Paris. Bonkers good.
