After reviewing the menu, I decided on the ceviche dish which looks small but I found it filling. I ate all the decorative cabbage too πŸ˜‚ if anyone has other healthy ideas for when at a Mexican restaurant, let me know! As you may see, dad got the enchiladas 🀀

If you don’t know what ceviche is, this is the menu description:
White fish and shrimp marinated and cooked in lime juice with pepper and different spices and red onion, with a side of 4 tostaditas and
    pico de gallo salsa

This is a great order! Flavorful, filling, and calorie-friendly. Street tacos with chicken and queso fresco would also work, as would pozole.

This looks soooo good! Aguachile is another good choice! It’s a lot like ceviche in that the shrimp/fish are cooked by the lime juice.
