    OP please watch some guga videos on how to get a good sear. ps chimney is not great… too much flame and flame is hard to sear without burn – ymmv

    This is so confusing. You usually use a charcoal chimney to avoid grill grate lines with zero caramelization in between.

    What you have here is grill grate lines with zero caramelization in between.
