This is my first 1.5M SHU sauce — Torchbearer Reaper Evil. I put this much into 100 ml of tomato juice, and it burns like a Falcon 9 rocket engine. It feels like millions of tiny dots sparkling in my mouth, mixed with 95 °C (203 °F) sauna steam. Fast attack, medium decay, long sustain, quick release. I love it. What’s the hottest sauce you’ve had?

  1. 10/10? I’m not an all the time extreme spice head so my absolute favorites over several heat levels are;

    Garlic Reaper

    Valentina black label

    Trader Joe’s Habanero

  2. The_Lutter

You must be Finnish to want to be in a 95C sauna. That would burn my nards off in 3 milliseconds.

Reaper Evil is good stuff, I like it better than the Garlic Reaper. Elijah’s Xtreme Regret Reserve is the hottest I currently have. The regular Xtreme Regret is my go-to though.

Torchbearer’s The Rapture and Bravado’s Black Garlic, Aka Miso, and Moruga Masala are all up there in heat and flavor.

I haven’t really been able to enjoy my hottest sauce, which is a bottle of reaper mash with almost no other ingredients. I don’t have the tolerance for that.

Then again, I also don’t mix my sauces into tomato juice or another liquid. If I’m gonna pay 10-15 euros a bottle, I’m going to enjoy the flavor to the fullest, not heavily dilute it. The hottest sauces that I’ve enjoyed are probably Karma – Cosmic Disco and Queen Majesty – Sicilian Scorpion.

Polished off two bottles of puckerbutt Reaper Squeezins. Not a fan of the flavor though, it’s just reaper mash with a splash of vinegar.

Elijah’s Xtreme Regret tastes pretty good but isn’t that hot.

Best tasting sauce I’ve had is Kalahari African Rhino Peri peri.

  6. Cultural_Wait4409

Violent Intentions which is MUCH hotter than Reaper Evil

  7. Zaphods-Distraction

Reaper Evil is good, but I think Garlic Reaper is still my favorite Torchbearer sauce. (The heat is fine and it feels a bit hotter than GR, but nothing beats GR’s flavor in my experience).

  8. DanYallSon

I’ve seen this one but choose others. How’s the flavor/heat balance? I can do reaper sauce but I’m pissed if it’s ALL heat and no taste

  9. The_Monkeybumcheeks

    Walkerswood Scotch Bonnet…..this week 😉

  10. Ubernaga

Tropical pepper company’s naga jolokia ghost pepper sauce. I can’t seem to find it ANYWHERE, but it’s phenomenal. It’s very spicy, but has a delicious taste to it. Quite literally on my last bottle and slowly using it…

  11. 1) My buddy’s pepper sauce (scotch bonnets)
    2) Chucky Habanero Ghost Pepper & Chucky Habanero Pineapple
    3) Maritime Madness Habanero Mustard
    4) Melinda’s Habanero Honey Mustard
    5) Marie Sharp Belizean Heat

All perfect sauces imo for different things.

Maxi Piri Piri.. had it once in new york. Bought a bottle. Then fo8nd it in Seattle 2 years later. Bought another bottle.

  13. MisterGoldenSun

A ghost pepper sauce my work cafeteria made.

For each bite, I would dip a single tine of my fork barely into it.

It was delicious, but so hot.

Shoutout to the cafeteria staff. I doubt most companies would do that.

  14. makattak88

Tabasco Habanero. Proper heat and great flavour profile.

  15. Bulbabysaurus

Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce. Flavor that will compliment anything and casual heat that is still present and forward.

  16. actualhumannotspider

For me, 10/10 enjoyment is yellowbird habanero. 10/10 heat is da bomb ground zero.

  17. Legitimate-Special36

Hottest sauce I’ve had is the Aka Miso from Bravado. I couldn’t handle it. Second is the Torchbearer Garlic Reaper and I have to mix that with ranch or use it really sparingly. I’ve tried to get my tolerance up to really enjoy those sauces, but it’s been a challenge. At 43 Y.O., it’s also starting to mess with my stomach.

  18. Redrum8608

Calypso Dreams by Angry Goat. Packs the heat and the sweet well. I typically use eggs as the reference .

  19. ET_Prone_Bone

This is 1.5M? Well that makes sense.. it’s so delicious though which makes it more dangerous.

  20. AdPrevious4665

10/10 flavor – Senior Lechuga Pineapple and Reaper, though I’m starting to really fall for some fermented pepper sauces as well.

10/10 smoking hot – Swampadelic. I like it hot, but this sauce is overpowering with more than just a few drops.

  21. NotMyOreos

Hottest sauce? Supposedly mad dawg 357 anniversary edition. Tasted like ass and wasn’t hot.

Best tasting 10/10 to me with heat?
    Cajohns el Chupacabra

  22. hromanoj10

Seed ranch umami reserve is my favorite by a long shot, I just hate paying for it.

  23. thedude0000000000000

Shout out to reaper evil!! It doesn’t get enough love and it’s wayyyyyyyy better than the garlic reaper.

  24. stevembk

Taste wise Garlic reaper is my 10/10. Reaper evil is 7/10 for me.

  25. cyclorphan

Elijah’s Xtreme Ghost Pepper sauce. Not as hot as the reaper sauces but a pretty decent kick for my tastes.

  26. RedRoseCoatedInHoney

Da bomb. Someone’s gotta like it and that someone is me

  27. Really enjoying the Chipotle Habanero from Arizona Pepper. It’s the only reason I walk into a Whole Foods lol.

Also the Son of Zombie wing sauce for chicken, if I can get it shipped for under 10 bucks…

Edit: oh you asked hottest. Probably Blair’s Megadeath or Da Bomb, both of which taste what I imagine battery acid is like.

Garlic Reaper is probably the best tasting super hot sauce, but I can’t tolerate the heat from Carolina Reapers unfortunately lol.

  28. kshucker

Shit The Bed hot sauce. I thought it was going to be a gimmicky hot sauce because of the name. Ended up being my favorite hot sauce.

  29. ElectroWillow

I love “End Of Sanity” from Fireland Foods. Packs some punch while still being tasty. 10/10

Elijah’s Xtreme Regret is also a 10/10 for me. Hotter than End of Sanity it also has that fruity Carolina Reaper Taste. If you don’t put in too much 😉

  30. SaulManellaTV

Melindas ghost pepper is my favorite for heat. Its perfect. For flavor, the original gringo bandito.

  31. DocHalidae

I mix reg Tabasco and Scorpion Tabasco together and it’s based!

  32. I find Tabasco’s Scorpion sauce hotter than Garlic Reaper. Never tried this one though.

  33. Red_PapaEmertius2

Elijahs X treme Regret or The End Flatline.

Flatline wasn’t food. Tasted like nickels off the forest floor.

  34. isittakenor

Bravado garlic reaper or Tabasco scorpion

  35. th3prof3ssor

It’s gotta be Horror Struck Hot Sauce Lament Configuration for me. Scotch Bonnet pepper goodness
