For breakfast I always have tea and a hard boiled egg. Not 1,200. I aim for 1,500-1,800 because I workout and also have a physically demanding job. I love meat, sweet potatoes and most veggies

Same here! — but have to cut meat out a lot because of my kidney stuff. Don’t mean I’m never looking for other protein sources though!
