My mom was gifted a bunch of tins of caviar from an anonymous friend, so she had me and my fiancé over for a caviar tasting party! This was my first time trying caviar and I really enjoyed it. I believe this might have been the most expensive meal I’ve ever eaten – I savored every bite!
Accoutrements include: crème fraiche, dill, chives, green onions, red onions, lemon, capers, horseradish, boiled eggs, blinis, potato chips, and crackers.
