PARMA, Ohio – Corleone’s Ristorante & Bar is holding a dinner featuring wines from Hess Persson Estates.

The Mount Veeder, California, winery’s wines will be paired with several dishes:

• Dish: Asparagus and burrata salad, Heirloom cherry tomatoes, citrus mint and basil vinaigrette. Wine: Hess Maverick Ranches (MVRK) Sauvignon Blanc.

• Dish: Seafood medley, seared scallop and halibut. Wine: Hess Collection Chardonnay.

• Dish: Shrimp ravioli with fire-roasted red pepper sauce and micro greens. Wine: Hess MVRK Maverick Ranches Cabernet Sauvignon.

• Dish: Braised beef short rib, roasted Yukon Gold potato, Parmesan broccolini. Wine: Hess Collection Allomi Cabernet Sauvignon.

• Dish: Chocolate lava cake, vanilla bean ice cream.
