The Pasta Bowl Company has introduced a new winter menu rooted in regional Italian cuisine, with a focus on traditional recipes and seasonal cooking. The menu has been curated by Chef Om Nayak, Co-Founder, The Pasta Bowl Company, who brings over two and a half decades of experience in Italian cooking.
The winter menu draws inspiration from Italy’s colder regions, including Lazio, Puglia, Emilia-Romagna, and Sicily. It features classic dishes such as Gnocchi alla Romana, Stufato di Agnello, Orecchiette con Cime di Rapa, and Linguine alle Vongole. Pasta selections include Fusilli con Funghi e Tartufi, Mezzelune alla Panna, and Agnolotti d’Agnello, prepared using traditional techniques and region-specific ingredients.
Commenting on the menu, Chef Om Nayak said, “For me, comfort food is not about complexity, it’s about honesty. Every dish on this new menu has a story, a season, and a memory from my years across Italy. Our goal wasn’t to reinvent classics, but to respect them. If guests can taste the warmth of an Italian home in even one bite, then this menu has done its job.”
The dining experience also includes freshly baked bread and a table-side basil pesto preparation using a mortar and pestle. Desserts on the menu include Italian classics such as Sfogliatella and Panna Cotta all’Amarena.
The winter menu continues The Pasta Bowl Company’s long-standing focus on regional Italian food and traditional culinary practices.
