Calories in beef taco stuff?


I didn't make this but I'm pretty sure theres salsa and sweet chili sauce mixed in with the ground beef. Also had a taco shell. Hand for scale 🙂

    Depends on the percentage of ground beef. Going off of 80/20

    Half a cup of beef 200 cal

    One tablespoon Thai chili sauce 70 cal

    Old El Paso taco shell 55 cal
