Mimolette (hard)
Red chili Fromager d'Affinois (almost runny)
Butter (the RIGHT grilling medium)
Both sides of the bread grilled.
Finished with hot honey.
Not bad. Zero cheese pull, obviously. Soft cheese got almost liquidy, hard cheese got soft but didn't melt.
