Cook ramyeon for 4 mins – water has to be boiling before adding noodles – after 2 mins add eggs / stir . After pouring into bowl it will be too hot to eat after another 2 mins it’s good to go. Sometime I like to pop a yolk and mix it into the broth.

    Same. I also save the remaining soup, throw in some diced carrots and green onion, bring it to a boil, then mix a raw egg to make some good ole porridge.

    This is my favorite way to eat eggs. I purposely put my eggs in the ramen broth before the noodles to make sure they are ready when the noodles are done.
