My ideally loaded nachos have to have refried beans, meat, cheese (not that nasty ass nacho cheese) sour cream, pico del gallo, and guacamole. Best ones I ever had were from a place called El Fogon in Riverside. I obviously don’t want to travel all the way there for them. Looking something more locally (near Glendale, Echo Park) but willing to travel just a little further more to find these loaded nachos.
