    Despite not seeking it out, I had to order this when i was at a show at alphaville this past summer and people descended on the bar as soon as the bartenders announced that their daily beef order came in. I can confirm it Absolutely Fucks.

    This shouldn’t be a special dish imo. This kind of thing should be available in multiple places. It’s easy to cook. Tastes amazing. Can be eaten quickly.

    Same as a steak frites on a baguette. Wish I could find multiple in the city.

    It’s really good and the owner (guy in vid) is a great guy. They’re at Danger Danger now and definitely worth a visit imo.

    Looks gross to me, but I also hate poutine for the same reasons this dish looks bad to me (the messiness and the weird texture combo)
